Public Classes

In the dynamic Flowy Hatha Yoga classes the movements are coordinated with breath to flow from one pose to the next. However, I keep a relatively slow pace, talk about alignment and give different variations of the poses to make sure the students are safe.

Yin Yoga is a very slow-paced and passive style of yoga. The poses are held for long in order to apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body, to increase circulation and to improve flexibility. Yin Yoga is also a more meditative style of yoga.

All of my classes are multilevel classes, so no previous experience in yoga is needed.

You can wear any comfortable, flexible clothing and bare feet. Take along a yoga mat. However, I have some extra mats if needed. You can also take along a water bottle. However, it is not advisable to drink during the class. Please don't eat a heavy meal just before the class.

Please aim to arrive well before the class starts.

Private Classes

I teach private classes at any agreed time and location. Private classes can be completely customized to the students' needs.

£10 for a drop-in class
£45 for a 5 class card (valid for 6 months)
£80 for a 10 class card (valid for 6 months)
£50 for a private class
